Well, well, well. It's almost here and I'm almost gone. I just really want the sad moving stuff to be over. BUT! My WEDDING is almost HERE!!! I've been planning for a year!!! I remember when my count was at 267. now it's at 2. People have said the time would just fly by. No. These have been the S L O W E S T 2 months of my life. This last week since Kevin got here hasn't been too bad, as I predicted, but other than that time has just dragged on. Ugh. BUT I'M ALMOST A MRS.!! And I will post pictures of stuff when I'm done. My dress hasn't been posted yet cause Kevin reads this sometimes...

T-minus 5 and counting

So....it is this week! We got everything we need, i just have to put candy in bags for the kids' table. I think Imma do that now. 5 days!!!

8 days! And Kevin is coming tomorrow morning!! YAY!!! I'm so ready just to hold him in my arms. Sorry about the lack of real updates. It has just dawned on me that I have a wedding in a week, so things have been a little...rushed. Kind of. I still cannot beleive that I'm getting married OR moving to New York City. I'm pretty awesome.

Bridal Luncheon and MORE!

That's my boquet! My wonderful Aunt Jodi made it. I LOVE it. The bridesmaids are smaller and wil look wonderful up next to the navy/dark blue. So...the Friday before the luncheon my aunt is throwing me a bridal luncheon. Woo hoo! And I have a GREAT idea, considering there will be about 7 little girls there. This company will let you have a Disney Princess of your choice show up to an event and wish you whatever, crown you princess and give you a dozen roses and do pictures. So I thought that would be AWESOME if Cinderella showed up at the Luncheon! All the girls would pee their pants. I'm uber excited. And I get roses and a crown...shiiiiit.
Kevin will be here on Friday!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm so excited!! Then the wedding is almost here!! I'm almost married! I'm almost in NYC!! Oh my!! We met with the caterer and everything looks and sound GREAT so far!! Yay!! I'm just ready to be done with this! :) Oh and is you can't see that 12 to the left, sorry, you're color blind. I think...

That is right folks...19 days left! I'm back from getting my dress altered. It looks WONDERFUL!!! I love my dress SOO much. The 5 hour drive there & back was quite fun. A last major road trip (not including the one helping me move to NYC) before I move. I love my mommy. I got some books for my niece and nephew and an awesome present for my sizzle. I'll write more when I get home tonight!

I love my hair.

As of today there are 28 days left. Only 27 more "wake-ups" And even less till I see Kevin. This is going to be a great month! Yesterday my friend Amanda that I've known since 11th grade (my other sister - she looks A LOT like me...) cut my hair and did my high lights. They look spectacular! I remember I let her cut my hair before she really knew how. And she died it before she went to beauty school. I let her do whatever she wants to me hair. Always have, always will. It ALWAYS turns out wonderful, so I trust her completely. She is the best. My hair looks especially gorgeous this time. I've just been in an especially great mood lately...not sure why. But, why ask why? Just roll with it! Kevin's getting our air conditioner today! Yay for cool air. I'm glad he's been working so much, I'm not sure how he'd last in the apartment with no AC. I'd be extra worried ( i already worry too much about him) about him. Also, notice how you can see the weight loss in my face between the top picture and the more recent bottom picture!! Awesome!!

Oh wow.

37 days left!! Oh man!!! I am sooo beyond excited. Pretty much everything is done so far. I haven't packed and started living out of a suitcase, I'll wait till Kevin gets here. Pretty much everything is packed too. I just have to tape shut a few boxes. really can't believe not only am I getting married, but I'm moving 1,000 miles away!! AND some awesome news: I'm losing mad weight. When I started my weight loss, I was at 320 something. I just wanted to get under 300. Last time I went to the doctor I weighed 294!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That makes me soooo happy!! Lots of changes for me!! lots!

Oh Wow

I looked at the countdown today!!! Only 44 days left!! But I'm most excited about seeing Kevin a whole week before the wedding! I miss him soooo much!!

I'm not so smart. It's actually 53 DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm back

I kinda went on a lil hibernation of staying in my bed pretty much a lot. Oh, and my mom dragged me around shoe shopping. Not for me, shoes for her. She has about 5 pairs of shoes for the wedding. She just needs to stop buying shoes. I hate to tell her that no one will be looking at her. It's all about MMEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!! I'm in a much better mood recently and Kevin has been so great through all of this (except that lil bit in the beginning). I know both of us are tired of the distance. But, only 64 more days to go! 54!? I gotta get packing...haha, but really I should.

Happy New Month!

Today is the first day of July!

This should be a fun month? Fireworks, and all sorts of other fun stuff. Yes! It will be a fun month! We've been slowly gathering fun little toys for our kids' table. It is a separate table that's going to be covered in butcher paper [so the kids can draw on it] and have a lot of little toys for the girls and boys to play with. Since 8 of my bridal party are under the age of 8, it just made sense. Speaking of the wedding: The start of july means only 67 days left till the weding! 67!!! If only it were 1 day left till the wedding....oh well, soon enough.

I am

Contrary to Kevin's belief, I am so excited to move to NYC. Yeah, I want to stay with family, but I want to live with Kevin in New York City more. I mean, C'MON! It's freaking New York City!!!! I am the one that told Kevin I wanted to live IN the city, rather than outside it. Every time I see a shot of the New York City anything on television, my breath catches in my throat. I think to myself, "I'm going to LIVE there!"
As of now, I have a New York apartment and a New York phone number. Soon to have New York internet and cable.
Kevin keeps asking about what else we need for the apartment, cause he'll just buy it now and be done with it, but the more I think about it, the more I realize, we don't need anything else. I have everything for our place right here. In St. Louis. In my basement.

And today is a bigish day!!
