So yesterday I started my workout outlined for me by the guy at the gym. I did 15 minutes on the elliptical, 5 minutes on the treadmill, and 5 minutes on the arc trainer. I'm supposed to do 30 minutes of cardio, but 25 was fiiiine for the first day. Then I worked on weight machines for my back and biceps. I'll write out the whole workout he outlined for me later. And yes, periodically I will post pictures, just not everyday.
Okay...so I am back and the picture a day thing is pretty much done with. BUT...I've gone back to the gym and have a whole workout to follow, so I am going to blog about that and my feelings on that, etc. So I am back to writing!
